Sterilizer Steam Autoclave Solutions

For 15 years, Revolutionary Science has been manufacturing and distributing our high-quality SaniClave autoclaves. These tabletop steamers have been FDA (United States Food and Drug Administration) cleared for medical use since 2012, followed by additional approvals for lumened devices like trocars.

Our SaniClave autoclaves provide efficient and effective results through steam sterilization. This process involves boiling water inside a pressurized stainless steel chamber. The steam from the boiling water then saturates the instruments being sterilized in one of the most effective forms of killing microorganisms and pathogens. according to the FDA.

Each autoclave relies on a microprocessor for precise results when it comes to temperature, pressure, and time. Learn more about the SaniClave’s uses and industries served below.

Clinical / Surgical Sterilization

Standard surgical instruments are considered solid, mated, porous, lumened or knurled. It is imperative to choose the correct autoclave for your application. Wrapped, pouched or loads containing gauze must be sterilized in a SaniClave 200 series autoclave, due to it’s ability to dry after the sterilization cycle. All of our FDA cleared SaniClaves have the ability to sterilize solid, non-porous, mated, hinged and knurled devices. Only the SaniClave 250 has the ability to properly sterilize trocars and lumened devices. When printer documentation is required for your practice, the SaniClave 200P (includes printer) is recommended.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

The SaniClave 250 has the ability to properly sterilize trocars and other lumened devices. Due to the fact that bio identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) practices commonly use pelleting trocars, the SaniClave 250 is the only option available through Revolutionary Science.

Laboratory Sterilization

A common microbiology application that requires an autoclave, like the Revolutionary Science SaniClave is to sterilize agar prior to pouring petri plates. Agar that is not sterile can contain contaminants that can interfere with an experiment. When sterilizing liquids, it is important to use a slow steam release, so your mixture does not boil over.

For microbiology applications, aseptic techniques should be employed. When bacteria is grown on petri plates, it is concentrated. Some strains of bacteria may be unknown and extremely dangerous. Be cautious. Use latex or latex-free gloves while handling the petri plates. Petri plates should be properly disposed of in an autoclave bag after they are no longer needed. Sterilization can be performed by a SaniClave. For non-medical microbiological laboratory applications, it is not necessary to use an FDA cleared autoclave. The SaniClave 50 is limited in features, but may be an affordable option.

Nail Salon & Beauty Sterilization

Most standard nail salon instruments and tools are solid, mated, porous, lumened or knurled. Metal files, scissors, nippers and clippers. It is imperative to choose the correct autoclave for your application. Wrapped, pouched or loads containing gauze must be sterilized in a SaniClave 200 series autoclave, due to it’s ability to dry after the sterilization cycle. All of our FDA cleared SaniClaves have the ability to sterilize solid, non-porous, mated, hinged and knurled devices that are used in nail salons. When printer documentation is required for your practice, the SaniClave 200P is recommended. When unwrapped or unpouched sterilized tools will be used immediately after sterilization, a more simple and cost effective SaniClave 102 may be a preferred option.

Tattoo/Body Art Sterilization
